Xian is an excellent and famous policeman. When he comes to the crime scene, he finds the death of the man is his close friend. However, the cooperation of those investigators is so bad that they did not offer any surveillance footages and basic investigations. Xian decides to involve in this investigation though it is not quite simple as he thought. In private circumstance, even though the levels of corruption are getting higher, justice is finally served at the end of whole investigation.
